1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how WindForge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Bubble Level — Pro Precision (the “App”), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We are committed to full transparency — including data collected automatically by third-party SDKs integrated into the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App itself does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The only data collection occurs through Google AdMob, which serves banner ads within the App. Here is a complete summary of all data associated with your use of this App:

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, crash reports, or any usage analytics. There are no user accounts, no login, and no data synced to WindForge servers of any kind.

3. How Your Device Sensors Are Used

Bubble Level — Pro Precision uses your device’s built-in accelerometer to measure tilt and display a real-time bubble level indicator. All sensor data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to WindForge LLC or any third party. No sensor readings are stored beyond the current active session.

On iOS, the operating system will prompt you to grant motion sensor access when you first launch the App. If you deny this permission, the App will not be able to function. Regardless of your choice, no sensor data ever leaves your device.

4. Calibration Data

If you use the calibration feature, your calibration offset values are saved locally on your device using your operating system’s standard local storage (shared preferences). This data is never transmitted to WindForge LLC or any third party, and is not accessible remotely. It remains on your device until you uninstall the App or manually clear App data through your device settings.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays small banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID and other non-personal signals — such as your approximate location derived from your IP address — to serve ads that may be relevant to your interests. This is standard industry practice for free, ad-supported apps.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising at any time using your device’s built-in settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → toggle off “Personalized Ads”

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. The only third-party service integrated into this App is Google AdMob. Any data collected by AdMob is governed exclusively by Google’s own privacy policy. WindForge LLC does not receive, store, or process that data on its own servers.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request from a government authority.

7. Data Retention

WindForge LLC does not store any personal data on its own servers. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is managed and retained by Google per their own data retention policies.

Calibration data stored locally on your device is retained indefinitely until you uninstall the App or clear App data in your device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and that personal information has been collected as a result, please contact us using the information in Section 11 and we will take prompt steps to address the situation.

9. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data associated with you. Because WindForge LLC does not directly store or process personal data, most data subject requests related to advertising data should be directed to Google using the link in Section 6.

California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To submit a privacy request directly to WindForge LLC, use the contact details in Section 11.

EEA / UK residents: You have the right under the GDPR to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of personal data. As we do not process personal data on our own infrastructure, requests related to ad data should be directed to Google. For all other inquiries, contact us directly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features, integrate additional SDKs, or if legal requirements change. When we do, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will also note the update in the App’s release notes on the store listing.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
